They are totally focused and experienced in managed hosting solutions for customers, from simple web servers to complex online applications and email solutions. Their employees are available 24/7/365 to meet and exceed customer’s expectations and they receive a fast response to critical issues, unlimited technical phone support and access to the huge online knowledgebase.

Key Objective of campaign

With this customer focus in mind and the firm commitment they have to understand why business might not be won, the relationship with Edge has been built on us completing 2 separate research campaigns on a revolving basis (one each month).  The independent market analysis we can provide is extremely insightful for them in respect of these campaigns and the focus on Lost Leads and Customer Churn.

Key Criteria and Specification

Our Lost Lead research campaigns are targeting organisations where enquiries have been made to our client but after a period of 6 months, they have not won that business.  We then establish answers to an agreed series of questions regarding suppler choice, type of hosting solution selected and budget held.  The Churn research campaigns also concentrate on a similar form of questioning but with a different data set.
 
Campaign Management

Edge has developed a strong relationship with this company and we have been actively involved in the development of the questions in respect of these ongoing campaigns and these are constantly reviewed.  Given the nature of the calls made, the decision makers reached and the questions raised, we have undergone intense training in respect of each data set and the desired objectives.  This training has extended to a comprehensive understanding of hosting systems and solutions, including colocation, managed and dedicated solutions.  All campaigns are completed with direct access to the their database and full campaign analysis and presentation is provided each month, at the end of each campaign.  These campaigns combine a combination of UK and overseas calls.

Overview of Results

We continue to provide transparent and independent responses and analysis in respect of these campaigns which allows them to refine and reposition it’s offering to its potential customers.  We complete detailed and coherent research with IT Managers and Directors from organisations such as –
