Database Management

Edge uses ACT! Contact Management Software, a fully integrated database that allows prospect contacts to be sorted, managed and updated after each call.

 

CTPS

All data is screened against the Corporate Telephone Preference Service database of companies that have registered not to receive cold calls. Data for all on-going campaigns is screened monthly in accordance with Government legislation.

 

IT Support

Edge has full IT support and all our systems are monitored regularly, we run anti-virus software and undergo weekly evaluations to ensure optimum efficiency. Data security is a priority for Edge and all records are backed up daily.

 

Appointment Reports

Appointment reports are sent within 24 hours of an appointment being made and detail the full history of the relationship the campaign executive has had with the prospect.
